Green Iguana
I was very lucky to catch this Green Iguana on a tree trunk. Its color is not the usual strong green, because it might be an immature, or because it's blending with the tree. Most of the time they are high up in a tree. It was already dark, and so flash was nesessary. [Costa Rica].

It is stated that a Spiney Lizard, like this one at the base of a tree, requires a diet of both protein and vegetable matter. It is very adept at catching flies! Costa Rico].
